The official Seafood & Spirits kick-off starts on Thursday, August 9 with a five-course dinner pairing event featuring chef and cocktail demonstrations. This unique premier event has each chef demonstrating their course preparation, and it will feature a seated five-course culinary journey with paired wines and spirits.
Our guest chefs will display their finest cuisine through this years theme: Georgia Grown. Certified experts will create exquisite wine and spirits pairings to accompany each course. Westins Executive Chef Anthony Burdo is excited to welcome Chef Nick Leahy of Atlantas hot Saltyard restaurant and Georgia Growns Executive Chef Hollie Chute as guests of honor this year with Certified Angus Beef's Tony Biggs returning once again to dazzle with his surf & turf course.
