One of the best parts of traveling is trying new beer! Savannah's specific food culture and line of regional crops play a big role in brew recipes, flavors and aromas. Savannah is becoming quite the brew city! Relax, sip and sample the day away at one (or all) of these great Savannah breweries.

01
Service Brewing Co.

This veteran owned and operated brewery is dedicated to honoring American service men and women. Service Brewing Co. puts an emphasis on high-quality and local ingredients to carefully craft authentic American-made beer. This brewery names their beers after terms, themes and slang derived from military culture, like the Ground Pounder Pale Ale or Gun Bunny Belgian-Style Witbier.

02
Southbound Brewing Co.

Eclectic and funky, Southbound Brewing Co. is more than just a beer brewing company - it's the 'it' spot for local gatherings, live music, community events and even yoga. Whether you're into health, music or just drinking beer, their jam-packed event calendar has a little something for everyone. Southbound is known for their year-round brews, like the Hoplin’ IPA, a medium-bodied American IPA with citrus and pine aromas.

03
Coastal Empire Beer Co.

You've never been to a brewery as laid-back and unpretentious as Coastal Empire Beer Co. Starting as a contract brewery, Coastal Empire's award-winning brews helped the company progress into the production brewery it is today. Coastal Empire has four year-round brews, including Southern Delight Praline Amber, an ale brewed with Georgia pecans and Madagascar vanilla.

04
Moon River Brewing Co.

Moon River Brewing Co. has three primary focuses: a seriously relaxing environment, excellent beer and a great menu with items like pork shoulder, bratwurst and grilled salmon. Moon River's outdoor beer garden provides an excellent atmosphere for relaxing and refueling while sipping a refreshing brew. Moon River adds an air of humor when naming their beers, like Yoga Pants (an American Pale Ale) and Slow-vanna (an IPA).
