“Horrible service”

I know it’s a pandemic happening but it’s no reason to talk and treat ppl without respect. Front desk staff rude , uninviting , with a attitude. Only giving it 2 stars because the room was clean...

The customer service a Courtyard Marriott's is horrible. Honestly Marriott really need to sell all of these hotels to a lower class brand. Check in was horrible and they over charged my credit...

“Marginal Courtyard at best”

Staff is marginally interested in helping. Unlike many Courtyards, they put out no water for guests. Rooms dated, sketchy part of Savannah. Night manager rude. For $100+ per night you can do better...
