The goal, make great tasting pizza in a traditional italian brick oven at high temperatures using fresh ingredients. Green Fire’s secrets include Russell’s slow proofed dough recipe and fresh made sauces. After years of practice at authentic Italian hangouts like East Boston’s Santarpio’s, Boston North End favorite Pizzeria Regina, Boston’s Haymarket Pizza, Blue Stone Pizza in Allston/Brighton MA & Goodfella’s on Staten Island Green Fire Pizza was conceived in the image of his favorite pizzas. The name Green Fire Pizza was chosen by Russell to promote fresh local food with an association with sustainable choices that promote conservation and safe environmental choices for us all.
