Plexiglass has been installed at all front desks and we have installed 6 ft lines for check in so no guest stands within 6 feet of one another at check in. Sanitation stations with hand sanitizer are placed throughout the hotel The use of digital key is strongly encouraged for check in and check out, as well as messaging the hotel. Refresh of linens and trash for stayovers by placing outside the door, but nobody enters the guest room from our staff once somebody checks in. The front desk staff will disinfect all surfaces routinely, especially those that are routinely touched by guests and staff. The same protocol as above will go into effect for the guest elevators as well as the valet elevator. Valet carts are being disinfected between each guest use. A receptacle is being placed at each desk station for guests to drop their used guestroom keys in so Desk Agents don't have to handle them between each transaction. Guestrooms are being placed out of order for at least one 24 hour cycle between each guest. Employees have been issued masks. Housekeeping wears masks and gloves
