COVID-19 Safety Measures
The store is requiring customers to wear masks, and to check their temperature at one of the 2 Covid safety stations we have set up at the front of the store along with hand sanitizers. We provide masks for those who may arrive without one. We also clean high touch surfaces in the store multiple times per day, including the bathrooms. We have social distancing signs and floor stickers reminding people to keep at least 6 feet apart. The store is 17,000 square feet so there’s plenty of room for shoppers and employees to spread out. We also have glass windows separating the customers and employees. In our classroom, which we haven’t used for classes yet, we have individual 8 foot tables with plexiglass to protect the people who will be using the tables. We will also clean the glass and tables before and after each use and limit class sizes so that tables can be spaced appropriately and safely. Donna Ball, the owner, is also happy to open early or stay late for any groups that may want to shop without other shoppers in the store to limit the number of people in the store as well as to protect the health and safety of groups that could be at risk because of age or health issues.
