The Distillery Alehouse is an oasis of Craft Beer,Craft Food,and Craft Spirits. We are family friendly with silent movies showing daily. There is over 23 craft beers on tap and over 100 in bottles . Craft cocktails and home made infusions are our specialty. But come in for the food, burgers marinated in beer,largest chicken wings in the south,awesome salads,and the best Georgia shrimp and Maryland crab cakes you have ever tasted. And finish off your meal with our signature deep fried double chocolate moon pie.
We welcome large parties and have your special events in our speakeasy on our 2nd floor.
Savannah history is thru out our establishment ,with old photo’s ,maps, and artifacts. In the late 1700’s after the american revolution a distillery was established by John Conrad Roe on the corner of Liberty and Broad street,later on in 1904 the Kentucky Distillery open on this very spot and the Savannah Distillery Alehouse was resurrected in 2008.
So step back in Old Savannah and come on in .W are located across from the main visitors center,adjacent to the trollys and railroad museum,and civic center.
For a place to be that empty and fail to take an order 10 minutes after seating demonstrates a lack of caring on the part of management. When the staff’s friends show up don’t expect to be served.
