The Stacks Bookstore

The Stacks Bookstore is a local author-owned and operated independent bookstore established in 2023 in the heart of midtown Savannah, Georgia. As your neighborhood bookstore, it offers new books, merchandise, gifts, events for writers and readers, and community. At The Stacks, you will find a thoughtfully curated selection of best-selling and unique titles by both well-established and debut authors.

Our singular focus is to provide our wonderfully diverse local Savannah community of readers and writers a welcoming place to find community and to dream. We aim to connect you with stories that will keep you turning the page.

For writers, we know firsthand how words can change lives. At The Stacks, we provide a space for writers to work, create, and learn, as well as offer events to help you hone your craft. If you don't consider yourself a reader, our philosophy is that you just haven't met the right book yet. We can help with that!
